CAPCELLENCE enters into a 75.1% entrepreneurial partnership with the Narr family and the NARR Group
Balingen, 2022. The NARR Group, a leading provider of solutions for cold storage rooms and modular container systems, has entered into a business partnership with CAPCELLENCE Mittelstandspartner. To pave the way for the next stage of growth and gradually plan for succession, 75.1% of the shares held by the two family shareholders were sold to CAPCELLENCE. Androschin & Partner (A&P) advised on the transaction and conducted commercial due diligence on behalf of CAPCELLENCE.
